OH HEY THERE GORGEOUS!
LIL ABOUT ME
Hey, I’m Mazana Abraham, an Australian designer based in Brisbane, known for my vibrant unique resin creations and I’m thrilled to welcome you into my world of vibrant creativity. Creativity has been my lifelong companion, sparked by my fascination with colour’s ability to evoke emotions, heal after trauma and transform ordinary moments into extraordinary ones.
My journey into the world of jewellery design wasn’t something I ever imagined for myself. Art had always been my sanctuary, a place where I found solace and healing. From overcoming challenges as a bullied kid hiding out in the art room, to battling illness in my teens and navigating the aftermath of reporting my sexual assault in my twenties. Art has been my guiding light—a transformative force that turned pain into beautiful self expression.
It all began with resin paintings, leading to my very first art show in 2018, where I proudly showcased a collection of 25 pieces. Since then, my artworks have found homes across Australia and beyond, each one telling its own unique story.
Driven by the empowering effect of self-expression through colour, I felt inspired to venture into jewellery design. I wanted to take this incredible resin art medium off the wall and create something different that empowered people to express themselves fully, to feel beautiful and confident in their own skin.
And thus, Flowature was born—a vibrant community where we celebrate creativity and self-expression in all its forms. It’s been truly heartwarming experience to see our community blossom since 2020, bringing together kindred spirits who share a passion for colour, fashion, and authenticity. Through Flowature I have found my purpose and the truest version of myself.
When I’m not busy designing the next collection or lost in the sketch book you will find me deep within a romance novel, spending time with my loving Labradoodle Tao or talking someone’s ear off about F1 and the recent races. Colour is my passion, and I firmly believe that a life infused with its vibrant hues is a life filled with boundless joy.
Join me on this colourful journey of creativity, healing, and self-discovery. Together, let’s paint our world with empowerment and endless possibility. Thank you for being a part of my story!
THE FLOWATURE NAME
The Flowature name emerged one Friday evening in 2019 during a solo dinner date. With chalk in hand and a table to write on the words FLOW, NATURE and NURTURE beautifully merged together to define our brand's essence.
01
FLOW
"Flow" represents the fluidity of resin and high-flow acrylics in our designs, symbolising authentic self-expression. True creativity emerges when we align with our inner flow, harmonising with our surroundings.
02
NATURE
“Nature” reflects our profound inspiration drawn from the world around us, empowering us to express our authentic selves confidently.
03
NURTURE
“Nurture” serves as a beacon, urging us to cultivate self-love and extend compassion to others. It reminds us to care for ourselves through self-expression and love, allowing us to pass on the Flowature love to those in need...
